If you wish to return an item for any reason, please fax (65)6415-1413 or
email for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 3 business
days of receiving your order. Items must returned on your charge in ORIGINAL
PACKING condition. 15% Restock fee wil be charged. No refunds on shipping,
opened videos, models or software.
